Alhamdulillaah, the final exam for Rays of Faith will be this coming Sunday, from 10AM - 12PM in Dreese Labs, room 113 - the same room as the study sessions (but different from the class!). A map & directions can be found here:

Yes, we know that the idea of boring halaqah-like study sessions trigger acute memories of pain

But then again, Rays of Faith with Waleed Basyouni was unlike any other seminar you’ve taken before

AND…

You owe it to yourself to maintain the knowledge that had your eman soaring to new heights
You know deep down that its not exactly realistic to study ALL THE MATERIAL all by your lonesome
Taking the exam is FARDH, we did mention that, remember?
Then, there’s that AWESOME Prize that our Friendly Ameer mentioned

I could go on, but then again, you’re already convinced aren’t you?

Rays of Faith Follow-Up Meeting This Sunday

Assalaamu`alaykum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakatuhu

Alhamdulillaah, Allaah gave us tawfeeq with the success of Rays of Faith. However, our jobs are not done yet, and it is important for all of us to continue to strive in our struggle to reach ihsaan, or excellence, in what we are doing in our work for the sake of Allaah.

Therefore, this Sunday, at 9AM, we are having an extremely important mandatory meeting for all Qabeelat Hayl volunteers as a follow-up to the last seminar, in shaa Allaah. Details are as follows:

What: Qabeelat Volunteers’ Meeting
When: Sunday, July 22nd, 2007 @ 9AM

Who: Everyone is welcome, but volunteers from Rays of Faith must attend

This Sunday on the OSU campus we’ll be having a Qabeelah-wide volunteers meeting as a prelude to the real work that has to be done for our upcoming Rays of Faith class. With just two weeks left, we have a lot of work still remaining, especially in the area of promotions and registration, so we are in need of every available hand to help out and get our gears going.
